WHAT IS MOSCAQUANT?

A biologically inspired autonomous system built around inspectable contracts, telemetry, replay, and provenance. MQ-001 — MORTY — is the primary experimental subject.

WHY BUILD IT?

To test what happens when a constrained, connectome-inspired agent is allowed to act, fail, adapt, and accumulate evidence without engineering a preferred result.

“Do not engineer success into the organism. Engineer the experiment so success or failure is observable.”
